What OAuth providers does V100 support?

V100 supports Google OAuth 2.0 (for login, Google Calendar, and contacts access), Microsoft OAuth 2.0 (for login, Outlook calendar, and Microsoft Graph API access), and Slack OAuth 2.0 (for login and Slack workspace integration). Each provider is connected via standard OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow with PKCE for enhanced security.

Does V100 support SSO with SAML?

Yes. V100 supports SAML 2.0 single sign-on for Enterprise customers. Organizations can configure their identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, etc.) to authenticate users directly into V100 without separate credentials. SAML assertions are validated and mapped to V100 user accounts automatically.

How does V100 handle 2FA?

V100 supports TOTP-based two-factor authentication compatible with Google Authenticator, Authy, and other TOTP apps. Users scan a QR code during setup and enter 6-digit codes at login. Ten single-use backup codes are generated during 2FA enrollment for account recovery if the TOTP device is lost. 2FA can be enforced at the organization level on Enterprise plans.

OAuth 2.0 Providers

V100 supports OAuth 2.0 authorization code flow with PKCE for three major providers. Each connection can request scopes for login, calendar access, contacts, and service-specific features. Token refresh is handled automatically by V100's backend.
